The Connect Portal has been developed for the recruitment industry to strengthen relationships between recruiters and their clients by making the generation of new assignments and their successful fulfilment easier, quicker and more transparent.

Connect enables client’s HR teams to enter assignment instructions directly into the Portal, search for suitable candidates and monitor progress. This is achieved through a solution that is integrated into the recruiter’s website in a way that presents a suite of pages that can be customised for each client.

Automating processes and eliminating errors

Using tailored screens and drop-down pick lists, the teams set out their requirements whenever and, because this is a web-based solution, wherever they want. An automatic e-mail feature confirms to them that the booking has been made and simultaneously informs the recruiter that there is an instruction that they need to action.
